Hi,
I am writing to raise a complaint against DTDC, my courier has been showing as delivered but hasn't reached me yet, DTDC also failed to submit the proof of delivery and is not responding to any of emails since 05th Oct.
The courier contained an important book for my son's exam and will now be facing issues during his exam.
I request for answers ans DTDC to find my parcel immediate or compensate at once.
