Hi Team,
DTDC has failed to deliver my parcel on promised time. We have booked the domestic parcel with DTDC because they've said it will be deliver within 3-5 days as parcel can damage / spoil if not deliver on time.
Booked parcel on 17th March 2026
Expected delivery on 24th March 2026
Yet no proper response from DTDC.
Parcel was booked from vijaywada to Belgaum and still my parcel showing in Bangalore.
Customer talks so rudely as if they're not even worried about my parcel.
Even if I get my parcel there is a high change of spoilage.
I lost my money, time and patience.
