My company have sent me a gift for Diwali from Chennai to my home address i.e Thamarada, Kirlampudi Mandal. But they have not delivered and instead asked me to come and collect to DTDC courier nearby i.e 8 KM away from my home. I have requested them to deliver but they denied. I have travelled and my office work got delayed. I incurred travel expenses and my time got wasted. My company have paid them for door delivery but its not happened.
