I am the intended recipient of DTDC Consignment No. Z1002918925. The consignment containing my Loan NOC was marked as delivered on 30-07-2026 at 15:20. However, I did not receive the parcel. No delivery call, OTP verification, or handover was made to me. The tracking details only show "ssig" under the received by field and do not identify the actual recipient. I contacted DTDC customer care and visited the local DTDC hub, but the issue remains unresolved. Due to the non-delivery of this important document, I have suffered inconvenience and mental harassment. I request immediate investigation, valid proof of delivery, and resolution of this complaint.
