I sent a courier through DTDC from Bangalore to Brahmavar on 10th March, with an expected delivery date of 13th March. However, the courier has still not been received. Despite repeated attempts to contact DTDC customer care and the concerned branch, no action has been taken, and customer care was unable to provide any solution. This failure to deliver the consignment, along with the lack of response, constitutes a clear deficiency in service and negligence.
A complaint regarding this matter has been lodged with the National Consumer Helpline (Case ID: 8935574) and e-Jagriti (Complaint Ref: 202603270310). The e-Jagriti complaint has been assigned to the Bangalore Urban Commission because the DTDC office is located in Bangalore. However, I am a resident of Brahmavar and have informed the Bangalore jurisdiction office that I am not available there. Despite this, I continue to receive instructions to submit documents in Bangalore.
I request that my case be transferred to the Udupi forum for document submission, or that immediate action be taken to deliver the missing consignment. Alternatively, I request a full refund of the value of the consignment.
