Sir, To apprise you with the fact I have SnapMint App installed on my Android Smartphone. I was very fond of a product named as KUHL Lifestyle Fan Exter priced neatly at Rs 7499. I thought having used SnapMint a company engaged in micro finance and claims itself to finance any product starting at 0% interest.
I opened the SnapMint installed App and searched for the product namely KUHL Lifestyle Fan Exter which acclaims itself to be both a Mist and a Humidifier Lifestyle Fan. I was immediately moved to Amazon India App which was pre-installed as I happen to be a Prime Member at Amazon especially for its streaming services.
As of now, whole environment was in control of SnapMint the company straight forward asked to pay Rs 1200 straight to SnapMint which further offered to pay the remaining amount beginning with Rs 2239 as an EMI for three months, starting June 2025 till August 2025.
I did agreed and found alltogether it will cost me more by paying Rs 418 but that again was self-made choice and I instantly paid Rs 1200 to SnapMint. The product was shipped to me in best condition and there was a Free of Cost Brand Installation. The product was absolutely fantastic and the Mist and Humidifier both working as well with an air throw of 5 meters.
Third day after due installation, We observed the product has lost all its functionalities and is no more working either a Mist or a Humidifier. This seriously appeared to us in full awe condition. I thought there must some operational issues involved and maybe we are left unknown to the diring state. I immediately called up the customer care and the same Installation/technician was asked to visit. I humbly explained the whole of the problem and asked if you could visit and do the rectification, Upon which he offered to help using mobile conversation and I was lately understood that the product is a damaged product. I immediately asked Amazon for replacement which was further sufficed with No Exchange Possible but return of the faulty product was duly accepted. 30th May Pick-Up was over and I received a message saying Rs 7499 is greeted to you to use Amazon Pay Balance or Actually Gift Card Denomination. I had absolutely no idea of such influx in Credibility by transferring the entire ideal amount of Rs 7499 to me through Gift Card. I immediately called up the Amazon Customer Service and enquired firstly about my Gift Card balance. What I heard then forth has totally kept me awe stuck...what they meant me to understand was I brought the 1. No KUHL Life Style Fan Exter was actually brought using Pay Balance and Gift Card. I explained every while thing on its way but Amazon proved me to see the Order Details and it does appeared the Payment Method used is Amazon Pay Balance. Buy now I was totally lost to what Amazon Services were speaking about. What I understood lately is there is a perfect Chemistry between both Amazon Market Place and SnapMint which was totally inexplicable for me to understand. Beginning June 2025 I am repeatedly asked by SnapMint to pay the First EMI of Rs 2239 and even in July they are asking me to pay.
At the time of return of the product itself I called SnapMint at their number and pressed order number 31249397# to cancel the order and I received no email or phone call regarding cancellation of the Order.
Further I realise no payment of Rs 1200 to me which was asked by SnapMint to pay upfront charges. They are usually talking about penalties in every order due to non payment of EMI amount.
I would be sincerely be oblized if someone in the order could help me get out of both return of Rs 1200 from SnapMint and no CIBIL score down or altered due to non payment of EMI amount which seems to be of no use to me as there is no product available to me being financed by SnapMint
