I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the repeated unprofessional, rude and unacceptable conduct of a staff member, Mr. Suraj Singh Rawat, who claims himself as a store manager at the Domino's outlet located in Elante Mall, Chandigarh who even allows unknown persons without the dominos uniform into the store, attached the photos & videos with this mail.
Order Details: Order No 346, 07 June
Order Details: Order No 274, 11 June
I am a regular customer of Domino's and have consistently placed orders through your platform. However, during multiple interactions over the past few months, I have observed a recurring pattern of behaviour from Mr. Suraj Singh Rawat that has caused considerable inconvenience, distress and dissatisfaction.
The issues observed include:
1. Orders being marked as "Ready"or updated in the system before the actual preparation or delivery process is completed, often 10-12 minutes before the expected delivery time.
2. Threatned Telephonic calls being made from the personal mobile number +91-9878232898 instead of through official company channels.
3. Aggressive, rude and discourteous communication when customers seek clarification regarding order status.
4. Threats of cancellation of orders when customers raise legitimate concerns.
5. Shouting and speaking in an inappropriate manner to customers, including my wife.
6. Similar behaviour reportedly being experienced by other customers, including female customers and a senior citizen, indicating a possible pattern rather than an isolated incident.
On the latest occasion, when I merely enquired about the whereabouts of my order after it had been marked as ready, Mr. Rawat allegedly raised his voice, behaved aggressively and spoke in a manner that was wholly inconsistent with the standards expected from a customer-facing representative of a reputed organization such as Domino's.
Such conduct not only damages customer trust but also adversely affects the reputation of Domino's and Jubilant FoodWorks. As a responsible customer, I request that the company conduct a thorough internal investigation, including:
• Review of customer feedback records for the last three months.
• Verification of order status logs and timestamps.
• Examination of call records associated with customer complaints.
• Review of CCTV footage and operational records, wherever available.
• Appropriate corrective and disciplinary action, if warranted.
I request a written response detailing the findings of the investigation and the corrective measures proposed by the company.
In the absence of a satisfactory response, I reserve my right to pursue appropriate remedies before the Consumer Commission and other competent authorities available under Indian law.
I trust the company will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
I am unable to attach the video evidence because of the Large file size of the video. Please provide me the email or any link from where I can send you the video evidence of mine and other customers too.
Sincerely,
Vivek Khullar
