Dominos complaint as Payment got debited 2 times didnot got my refund either order

Dear Sir,

I have ordered Domino’s pizza on 2 June from domino’s app at 1:47 in the afternoon from Choti baradari, Patiala branch 716/- got debited but as per my telephonic calling with the branch she said we donot received your order either the money but it got debited from my bank and till now I waited 11 days neither credited back. I have contacted bank also for the same they same to get the refund from you than kids were crying to have pizza than I ordered again after 13/14 min from Zomoto app on 2 June at 2:01 and again 711.63/- rupees got debited and order got placed and same order no. 33 started reflecting in both the apps dominos app and in zomato app.

Concern is payment got debited 2 times in zomoto and in Dominos app got received 1 order , neither payment came back till now.

I have dropped mails on this concern multiple times bug not getting any of the revert from any body neither any call.

Please look into this matter and resolve this concern as nobody is responding on emails.
