I placed an online order, paid via UPI, on October 11th. I received an order number but no communication after. I tried contacting their email (which returned as not found), whatsapp, and Instagram. No response.

I ordered 2 items with total of Rs.120
 
Since you paid via UPI, check if your bank app or UPI app allows you to raise a dispute or ask for a refund for a failed delivery/non-delivery of goods. Some apps have a “Raise Dispute” option for transactions. Even if the website is small, you can file complaints on platforms like:
  • National Consumer Helpline: consumerhelpline.gov.in
  • Online Consumer Complaints Forums (like Consumer Complaints.in)
  • Social media complaint groups/forums.
  • Sometimes public posts tagging their social media handles and describing the issue can get their attention if they want to protect their brand. For small amounts like Rs.120, formal legal action may not be worth the cost/time, but you can still send a written demand for refund as proof.
