I had ordered 6 chocolates from the Indian brand Ditch the guilt on 31st July keeping a buffer of 1 week as delivery could be delayed and it really have been delayed. I haven't received any updates since a month or more now. Had ordered for Rakshabandhan and haven't even received near Diwali. I have tried calling on given contact number on the website but no response and even have emailed on all available email IDs but no response there as well, have complained on website but no response from there also. It's been 2 months but I haven't received chocolates but also haven't received refund.
