I placed my order online for almost rs 400 a month ago and still haven't received it. They're also tricking consumers by marking the order "attempted delivery" in the tracking link, where no calls or no attempts to delivery are actually being made.
Their customer support number is switched off and their WhatsApp support is a bot.
The company is a hoax. What's worse is how they're continuously working on scamming more and more people. They are running ads (at this moment) and the promotions are ongoing but they don't deliver to the consumer ever.
Also they're deleting comments on social media for whoever is trying to warn the next consumers about not buying from them. I commented on a few of their posts, but the comments were deleted by them.
