Title: Ditch the Guilt failed to deliver my order and is refusing to provide any customer support or refund

I am filing this complaint against Ditch the Guilt regarding my order for which I paid ₹356.

After successfully placing my order and completing the payment, I received an order confirmation from the company. However, after sending the confirmation, the company completely stopped communicating with me. Since then, I have received no updates regarding my order, no dispatch or shipping details, and the product has not been delivered.

I made several attempts to contact the company to enquire about my order and request a resolution. Unfortunately, all my efforts have been unsuccessful. The contact number provided on the company's website is not reachable, and the customer support email address is also non-functional, making it impossible for consumers to communicate with the company or seek assistance.

Despite paying for the product in good faith, I have neither received my order nor any meaningful response from the company. The company has retained my payment without delivering the product or providing any customer support.

I have preserved all relevant evidence, including:
  • Payment receipt.
  • Order confirmation.
  • Screenshots of my attempts to contact the company.
  • Evidence showing that the contact number and email address provided on the website are not functional or reachable.
I believe the company's conduct amounts to:
  • Deficiency in service.
  • Failure to deliver the product after accepting payment.
  • Failure to provide accessible customer support.
  • Failure to resolve a legitimate consumer grievance.
I respectfully request that the appropriate authority direct the company to:
  1. Refund the full amount of ₹356 paid by me.
  2. Take appropriate action against the company for failing to provide functional customer support and for not fulfilling its obligations towards consumers.
  3. Ensure that the company follows fair business practices so that other consumers do not face similar issues.
  4. I am ready to provide all supporting documents and evidence whenever required.
