Hi Sir / Madam,
I have ordered products on the website ditch the guilt on May 20,2026 ,
Order no - 77180
Products worth 1,800/- has been paid through online platform and got a mail for order confirmed and waiting for almost a week and later contacted through mail and insta and they giving lame reasons yet and before 2 weeks I got a mail stating order is cancelled and refund will be initiated but today they saying delivery issue so need some time when I clearly asked for refund and no products needed anymore yet they are cheating not refunding my money back after i clearly mailed and said I don't want product cancel it and they did it already and now again sending products but not refund yet and giving lame reasons still . There is no proper contact number provided yet in their website and no way to contact them than mail and instagram so far. Poor service and worst experience.
Please kindly do some needful help and provide me my refund asap without any further delays please requesting you to some help and recognise this fraud company to seal the authority of doing business after this .
