I strongly dispute the rejection of my monitor warranty claim. There team has labelled the issue as “physical/external damage” without providing clear evidence establishing how or when such damage occurred.
I have requested the inspection report, photographic evidence, and the specific warranty clause relied upon for rejecting the claim. Instead, I have been offered a discount on a new monitor.
A goodwill discount is NOT a substitute for a valid warranty resolution. I request HP India to urgently escalate this matter, conduct a fair technical review, and provide a transparent resolution.
