My name is Vishnuvarthan, and I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a prolonged issue regarding a Point of Sale (IMPS) Online transaction for ₹3,00,000.00 make to beneficiary, Chandravadani, State of India bank account holder No.[20187248279] on June 23, 2025, South Indian bank Online transaction ID :82526895, Back end reference ID : 517414460885.. Despite continuous follow-ups for over 6 months, there has been no resolution, and the South Indian have failed to provide satisfactory support.
Details of the Incident:
Transaction Amount : ₹3,00,000.00
Date of Transaction : June 23, 2025
Seller : Hardware shop
Vendor : South Indian Online banking
On the said date, I make transfer South Indian Online Transaction Current Account No.01820732000002107 ₹3,00,000 to beneficiary add account . But the beneficiary, Chandravadani, State of India bank account holder No.[20187248279], Not received the amount . While the south indian transaction receipt is success. At the beneficiary chandravadani request the payment.

We are glad to inform you that the payment of Rs 3,00,000/-. We kindly request you to crosscheck with South Indian Bank and ask them to verify the same in their to refund the amount to my current account
Complaint and Request:
This situation has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. The lack of accountability from the South Indian Bank and ineffective resolution by and South Indian Bank has left me no choice but to seek redressal through legal way.
I request:
Instruct South Indian Bank to ensure transparency and accountability in their dispute resolution processes. Direct to refund the refund the amount of ₹3,00,000.
Consider awarding compensation for the inconvenience, mental stress, and expenses incurred in pursuing this matter. I have attached the following supporting documents for your reference:
Copy of the transaction Receipt.
Beneficiary Account detail
South Indian confirmation email
