I booked two tickets for a bus from redBus traveling from bangalore to bylakuppe. The boarding time was 8:16pm. I came to the selected boarding point around 8pm. I tracked the bus from redbus and it was showing that the bus had been delayed. It was expected to reach at 11:20pm so i guessed it was incorrect. I called the number provided on redbus and didn’t pick up. After attempting on other numbers provided one picked up and gave me the driver’s number. The driver told me since i had booked it late (I booked the ticket at around 7:30pm) they didn’t know and they had left early for other boarding points. They asked me to come to another boarding point. Which is around 40-50 minutes ride. I told them I won’t be able to make it and that i want a refund. He said they can’t do anything and implied it’s handled by redbus. I went back to my hostel after 50 min since cabs are expensive and my travel was not an emergency. I contacted there helpline and raised my complaint for refund. He talked with the bus operator and let me know that they were asking me to board from another boarding point. Which I refused and insisted that i want a refund. He said they will revert back to me in 48hrs. After two days I contacted there helpline again and she told me they will revert back to me in 24hrs. Finally after two days redbus helpline calls me and tell me that the bus operator said they had offered me to pay for the ride to another boarding point (which is not true) and is denying to give me full refund (1205rs) and will only refund 500rs. Which I didn’t accept. Redbus helpline talked with the operator again and told me the bus operator is willing to give me a free ticket for my next travel and that they are not willing to give any refund. I didn’t accept it. The helpline told me they can’t do anything the bus operator is denying to give any refund. Then they ignored my complaint.

the screen went blank i was waiting then i decided to redo the booking because it was urgent , booking was made and second time rs.765.45 was
paid. on web site its given that refund will be made within 48 hours.
Iam waiting for almost 10 days. Name of traveller is Manoj Zote ticket reference no 152666 PNR no 152666
 
Subject: Complaint Against Nuego Bus Service Booked via RedBus – Deficiency in Service and Request for Refund

I, Yuvanthika, would like to file a formal complaint against Nuego electric bus service booked through the RedBus application for deficiency in service and unprofessional conduct.

I booked a bus ticket on 20th April at 9:15 PM from Gandhipuram. Due to an unforeseen emergency, I was unable to reach the original boarding point. I made several attempts to contact the bus operator to request a change of boarding point to Sitra Airport, but my calls were not answered.

Subsequently, when the operator contacted me, I clearly explained my situation and requested a change in boarding point. However, the operator responded in a highly rude and inappropriate manner, shouted at me, and refused to cooperate. Despite prior communication, the bus did not stop at Sitra Airport and proceeded without picking me up.

Furthermore, the ticket was neither cancelled nor was any assistance provided by the service provider. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and negligence, causing me inconvenience, mental distress, and financial loss.

Since I did not avail the service due to the service provider’s failure and misconduct, I hereby request:
- Full refund of the ticket amount
- Appropriate action against the bus operator for unprofessional behavior

I request the concerned authority to take necessary action and ensure justice in this matter.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Delay in LPG Cylinder Delivery and Misconduct by Delivery Personnel


Respected Sir/Madam,


I am a resident of Vellai Gate, Thimmasamudram, Kanchipuram. I would like to bring to your kind attention a serious issue regarding the delay in LPG cylinder delivery and the inappropriate behavior of the delivery personnel associated with Sri Karthik Gas Agency.


I booked a gas cylinder on April 1, 2026. However, as of April 28, 2026, the cylinder has still not been delivered. Although the delivery person came to my area today, he left without delivering the cylinder to my residence.


This is not an isolated incident. Every month, my gas delivery is significantly delayed compared to others. As a parent of two young children, this situation causes considerable hardship and mental stress.


Furthermore, the delivery person behaves disrespectfully and unprofessionally. When I visit the agency’s godown to collect the cylinder myself, he handles it roughly and in an unsafe manner. Despite lodging complaints with the agency, no action has been taken, and the management has shown a lack of responsibility.


Additionally, the delivery person consistently demands an extra payment of ₹100 to ₹150 over and above the official price of the cylinder. The agency staff also insist on this additional charge. If I refuse to pay, my delivery is intentionally delayed. Due to repeated delays, I am often forced to pay this extra amount.


On the most recent occasion, instead of delivering the cylinder to my home, the delivery person instructed me to collect it from the godown. This would require me to take leave from work, causing further inconvenience.


I have already filed three online complaints with HP Gas regarding this issue, but no resolution has been provided so far.


I kindly request your immediate intervention to address this matter and ensure timely delivery of LPG cylinders without any additional charges. I also request appropriate action against the concerned personnel for their misconduct.
