Hello sir, I am Veerapathira Hariharan S, I am visiting at 32/98 A Middle Street, Anupanadi 625009.
we had installed ACT Fibernet for past more than 2 years. Nowadays ACT are providing very poor connectivity speed so, we are like to disconnect from it. So i had requested them for the disconnection for the service Ref.No SR11474141419714 (24 January 2025). Form the mail they had talked about the status within 48 hours. As they told the confirmation mail came.

we have contacted to Customer care No 9121212121 for taking them router and refund my initially deposited amount. They are not providing us proper information about it. More than 20 times we had contacted them for this problem but, they literally done nothing to us. This type of acts provides us mental illness and frustration for past 2 months.

We contacted ACT Customer Care, Chennai regarding this problem they also provide me router recovery raised as SR11474147198941 at (17 February 2025). They told us to wait for 3 - 7 working days to refund our money. But as usually not had happened.

please help us for refund our money from this Notorious ACT company.
