Dear Sir, I purchaged one flipkart smartbuy falcon stand fan online from flipkart website on 11.06 2026, its not working and electric leakage from its body, its dangorous to operate becuse its full body electric leak and may cause fatal accident.
Its under 2 year waranty, when i purchage the products. They shown in website its 2 year warranty. But in invoice they written 1 year warranty. Now they refuseing to repair it over phone repetadly.
They also provides aluminium coil on motor instead of copper coil.
They are making fool customer this way.
Kindly replace it or repair it as soon as possible.
