My consignment( AWB NO: D1016378988 ) supposed to delivery on 23/24 june through DTDC COURIER .,till now nt received .yesterday I had got call at evening from (Balugaon - odisha) bt I m staying at Mumbai , so nt able to pick call due to busy in my mumbai office. I had also call back him bt they didnt receive call.
Now I receive call and they informing m take ur parcel at our DTDC (Balugaon - odisha) and take delivery urself ..u didn't receive call yesterday so we couldn't delivery today.

Sir ,I m staying at Mumbai and my parents are very old so they can't take from DTDC office . Their team should delivery to my home. they can direct go to my village and ask my name ,anybody can give my home address .
Request to DTDC ,plz deliver the consignment to my address , my father and mother are both very old , and there are plants in this consignment.
