I have been using Excitel since 2024, but their recent service is an absolute nightmare. On April 22, 2026, I made a full advance payment of ₹3,717 for a 6-month plan. As soon as they took my money, the service degraded completely. The connection has been dropping every second day, and for this entire past week, the internet has been completely DEAD.
Severe Financial Loss & Professional Damage (₹12,000 Salary Cut):
I work from home, and stable internet is bread and butter for my livelihood. Due to Excitel’s continuous network failures, unannounced disconnections, and total blackouts, I was unable to perform my office duties. This directly resulted in a hefty salary deduction of ₹12,000 by my employer last month. Excitel’s pathetic service has directly caused me mental agony and a massive financial hit.
Deliberate Deception by Customer Support:
Their customer care is a complete scam. The chat support has an endless waiting time of over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, their telephonic support makes me wait in a queue for 20 minutes and then deliberately disconnects the call right when my turn arrives. This is systematic harassment of a paying customer.
Final Demand for Termination and Refund:
Because of this extreme mental torture and professional loss, I am permanently terminating my connection. I do not want their service anymore.
  • Total Paid Plan: 183 Days (Value: ₹3,717)
  • Unused Balance Days: 139 Days (From June 5, 2026, to October 22, 2026)
  • Strict Pro-Rata Refund Claim: ₹2,823
I demand an immediate and unconditional refund of ₹2,823 for the remaining unused days. If this is not settled immediately, I will escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and file a formal lawsuit in the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, holding Excitel fully liable for my remaining balance, salary loss, and legal costs.
