Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a flat in your project Classic Apartment on 23/12/2015, being 1st Floor, Flat No. 204, and paid a total amount of Rs. 6,50,000/-.
Even after such a long period, you have neither handed over possession of the flat nor refunded my money. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, no proper action has been taken from your side.
Your conduct has caused me serious financial loss, mental harassment, and unnecessary suffering. Retaining my hard-earned money for years without possession or refund is completely unacceptable.
Therefore, I hereby make a final demand to immediately refund my full paid amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- along with applicable interest for the entire delayed period.
If the refund is not made within 15 days from receipt of this email, I shall be compelled to initiate legal proceedings before the Consumer Commission and other competent authorities at your entire risk, cost, and consequences.
Treat this matter as most urgent.
