I purchased a Dell laptop from Pittappilllil Mavelikara Branch, dated 31-10-2024. On 22-10-2025 this device shows complaint, therefore I approach the agencies to rectify the complaint and they send the items to the DELL Company, after that DELL company said me through email, that the warranty period of this device already ended on 26 th July 2024. But I purchased this only on 31-10-2024, From this I can realise that the Agency cheat me. So I made this complaint for take necessary steps against this Agency "Pittapillil Mavelikara Branch. From this purchase I already caused a damage of Rs.60,000, I request to take speedy steps to recover this from the Agency. All the relevant documents are attached herewith.
