I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent purchase I made through suhanacreations.com on 26 December,2025
The details of such order are as follows
Order number-7412
Product name- Mandana suit
Amount paid- ₹1349
Upon receiving the delivery on 29, December 2025,I discovered that the item is not only the wrong model but is also defective.
I tried resolving it by contacting them on their customer care no. 8401414781 And through their Instagram handle ,but there was no response and in addition they blocked me on Instagram handle.
