To whomsoever concerned,
I recently ordered a watch from Flipkart in their recent BBD sale. The watch was expected to be delivered on October 13 by 11 pm. However even on October 14, the item did not even reach my nearest hub.
I called the team and asked for any POC number for the hub in the thoughts of collecting the product myself. After reaching out to them, now the order delivery date is changed to Oct 17, while I explicitly kept telling the team that I have plans and would not be available to collect and this violates the original plans I have. However, no one is concerned and they kept telling "we are sorry for the inconvenience" or "we understand, I'm sorry" today they took it to a different level and asked me to cancel and re-order. Is this a scam that they want people to fall?
I want my item delivered and I don't want to hear, your updated deliver is on Oct 17. I have heard and read that enough for the rest of my life.
