I have placed an order of plant stand and from Morning status is showing as out for deliver , agent called at night 9:26 pm and disconnected the call , again we called and he was disconnecting . Later he called and asked me to come near by location to pick up my order saying his vehicle has problem and our road is not good and night he asked one female to come and pick up the order I denied going there since Amazon has door to door pick up and delivery service then the agent disconnected the call and I have not received my parcel . later I called Amazon customer care and connected but nobody was talking o was on call for 20 mins no one was talking but call was connected to the customer service agent
