Hey i am writing this mail to file a complaint against Blue dart courier service company about the fraudulent behaviour of their delivery agent. Today a delivery agent came to my hostel with the parcel when I was not there. He lied about delivering the package to the guard and asked for the otp. He said he handed it over to the guard but then ran away from there without delivering it. He stole/lost that parcel and it was expensive and important. I wrote and tried calling blue dart but there has been no response from their side.
Please help me take an action as soon as possible. Hope to get help from you soon.
