I ordered 2 saree through whatsapp. The number is 7383818460. I received the parcel through Amazon.The sarees I received are not those which I ordered these are some other used sarees. I asked him to return but he is not responding of anything like call or messages. I have everything the order proof and payment proof and the assurance message of him that if I don't like the product then I can return it. I have screenshot of all messages. I paid 1200 for them. Please help me with this.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
