I booked one Crocs Gataway Strappy Mystic Purple Women’s Sandal (Item No. 209587-5BN-W10) through the Crocs website under Order No. 167938255, with payment on delivery. However, when I opened the package, I found an Amway product set instead of the Crocs sandals.
I immediately lodged an online complaint with Crocs requesting a return and provided the unboxing video and photographs showing the package and tags as supporting evidence. Despite this, Crocs Customer Care is not willing to replace the item or resolve the issue satisfactorily.
