Delhivery is repeatedly cancelling my Zara return pickups without making any actual pickup attempt. I placed a return request with Zara on 11 Aug 2026. Delhivery cancelled it citing “customer not available”, even though I received no call and no delivery executive came to my address.
I raised the issue through the Delhivery app chat and was asked to contact Zara for a new pickup request. Zara raised a new request on 17 Aug 2026, but Delhivery cancelled it multiple times again citing the same false reason. Zara also escalated the issue and repeatedly raised new requests, but Delhivery continued cancelling them, particularly those assigned to Subhash Gola. The Delhivery executive actually came to my address to deliver my sister’s order and told her that they would not pick up this particular return because it was too large. I asked Zara to assign another executive, but they said the assignment happens automatically.
I raised additional return requests (for different items) on 24 Aug 2026, which were again cancelled by the same executive, this time citing “product mismatch”, despite the executive not even coming to my address. I contacted the Delhivery Anand Parbat branch, responsible for the pickup. They blatantly refused to collect it because it was a large pickup and told me to contact Zara instead. I have been pushed between Zara and Delhivery for more than two weeks. Due to these repeated cancellations and Delhivery’s negligence, several of my items crossed the return-date threshold. I returned the remaining eligible items at the Zara store, but the rest cannot be returned there. More than ₹10,000 is currently stuck because these items could not be returned due to Delhivery’s repeated failure to complete the pickup. I hold Delhivery responsible for this financial loss. Zara raised another request on 2 Sep 2026 for the remaining 8 items, but Delhivery cancelled it again on 4 Sep 2026.
I also emailed the Delhivery Grievance Officer, but they again directed me to Zara for a new pickup request, stating that they could not help because the request had been cancelled. I am now stuck in a cycle where Zara raises the pickup request, Delhivery cancels it using false reasons, and I am left with the clothes. Despite repeatedly contacting and escalating the issue with both companies, Delhivery is simply not willing to complete the pickup.
This has caused me significant mental stress, financial loss, and frustration. I don't know what to do now as despite raising this issue and multiple escalations, Delhivery is refusing to do their job. No one from the Delhivery team is calling me or even helping resolve this issue. Every time I raise this concern on their app, they ask me to raise the issue with Zara as the request gets cancelled and they can't do anything after that. But they are the ones cancelling the request again and again.
