On the morning of May 9th I had a parcel getting delivered through Delhivery company services.
He called I picked up and asked him to drop off at the door step. I was occupied at the time so I couldn’t go downstairs pick it up myself. He came up half the stairs and threw the parcel to the door. I was looking at it through my cctv.
When he did that I asked him why did he throw. He got mad and came back up and picked up the parcel and said I didn’t give him the otp.
He had not asked for the otp. When I called him back to bring back the parcel he said he will not and told me to complain to the Delhivery support. I called the support line it’s all the bots and I am not even sure a complaint is registered. I was not rude or didn’t ask him anything unreasonable.
I have video evidence of what he did.
If I were to believe him he said the call has been recorded about my call with him.
I need my parcel back.
