I had booked the newly launched Ather Konarc on 29 August 2026 for an amount of Rs 2499/-
The company advertisement depicted full refund of amount in cash of cancellation. On 2nd October i registered my request for cancellation of my pre-booking and also for refund of amount vide ticket no. 02515046. Since that day the ather company sought some documents of identity proof and bank account proof. Despite i having emailed them 6 times they are saying that they have not recieved the documents. Further I also uploaded those all documents via their ather app vide ticket no. 102535050 on 7 October 2026. However they are still saying that aadhar card has not been uploaded. Where as aadhar card is also uploaded in the files alongwith bank passbook. Now I am trying to upload that aadhar card again, they have disabled the app to upload the document again. Thus playing cheap tactics to delay and deny refund amount. Additionally,Although I have emailed them 6 times, how is it possible that they are not getting the documents.
