JioMart is the worst app; do not place an order under the assumption that you will receive your items within 20–30 minutes. I placed an order on 09/05/2026 at 11:00 AM; although the app indicated a delivery time of 21 minutes, to this day, there has been absolutely no update regarding the order. Furthermore, even after filing a complaint, no action has been taken. Moreover, if you post a negative review on the app, they send an email asking you to contact them at 18002901222; however, even speaking with them yielded no results. Therefore, please bring about actual changes to your service instead of merely sitting around and replying to reviews. And the order I placed before this got cancelled automatically.
