RESPECTED SIR
I am writing to bring to your kind attention a very serious issue regarding the Ola service support related to my vehicle.
We have complained multiple times regarding the service of our vehicle, which was picked up for service on 26th August 2025 from the Thane Service Centre. However, it has now been more than 15 days, and there has been no response or update from the service team regarding the issue or expected resolution time.
Despite repeated follow-ups via calls to the service helpline number 08033113311, and even after sending multiple emails, we have received no proper response. Instead, the IVR system blocks us by instructing to “call from the registered device,” which we are already doing, yet no action is taken.
We have only one vehicle for our daily essential needs, and keeping it in service for such an extended period without any communication is causing us severe inconvenience. Moreover, this is not the first time we are facing such poor service — previously, our vehicle was in service for over a month without resolution.
We are extremely disappointed by the misleading promises of “1-day hyper service” and multiple service outlets advertised by Ola, which are clearly not being fulfilled. It appears that these false assurances, including those made by Bhavesh Agarwal, are only meant for marketing purposes and not backed by proper service delivery.
This continuous negligence amounts to mental harassment and intentional negligence towards customers. The lack of accountability and service ethics is unacceptable and damaging to the reputation of the Make in India initiative.
Additionally, our complaint has been formally registered under Complaint Number 09350414, but no action has been taken so far.

We request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.
