i ordered a pizza and desserts from Dominos Hungry Jack Store, Gangtok on 17th March 2026 using prepaid ode of payment, the order was cancelled by the store without intimation to me. The refund was initiated on 18 th March 2026. however the TAT has been overdue and till 31st March 2026 the refund has not been credited to my account which shows lack off service by a multinational. i seek oology and penalty for mental torture by support staff and supervisors and manager. Seeking justice for delay. Case id 8458587 and 8482572. utterly poor service by support staff. They seem to scam people by denying refund and always insit on tranfer the refund to wallet as points rather than retunng cash
