Hello,

I placed a prepaid order on Palmonas on 9th Oct'25 and got a confirmation email.

But there was no estimated delivery date provided.

After waiting for 2 days, I mailed at care@palmonas for an order update and estimated delivery date.

There was no reply within the next 24 hours.

Since then, I have raised numerous tickets and mailed 'n' number of times, which have all gone unanswered.

As on 18th Oct'25, my order status is stuck at 'confirmed' and is yet to be shipped.

Mails are going unanswered, and customer care number is either always busy or invalid.

Kindly help.
