I have ordered a medicine from Healthmug. They have couriered it through DTDC and was expected to be delivered on July 28, 2025. It get Out for delivery everyday but not delivered. Complaint raised through email, customer care number, website, social media but no response. Consignment # is 7D117780226

Thread 'Wrong medicine was supplied and no response from customer care'

I bought a medicine PEGCLEAR 200 ml oral solution along with another 5 medicines on 9/11/24 through their website, but they delivered PEGCLEAR 119 gm powder. Chemical composition of both products are different. In the invoice, the name spelt correctly but a wrong product was delivered in its place.
I raised a grievance on the same day (complaint no. 2420080 dt. 10.11.24) and spoke to the customer care (040-67006700 ) several times They assured me of immediate action for replacement but till now not done.
