I would like to file a complaint against JioMart regarding a delayed order, inability to cancel the order, and refund-related issues.
On 17 April 2026 at 9:21 PM, I placed an order through JioMart Quick Delivery for the following items:
4 bags of 500 ml Gokul milk worth ₹152
1 watermelon worth ₹55 total 207 paid
The promised delivery time was 10–20 minutes. However, even after waiting until 11:00 PM, the order was not delivered. The status in the app showed “Your order is packed.”
I tried to cancel the order, but the cancellation option was not working. I then contacted customer support via chat, and they informed me that the order would be delivered by 18 April at 10:00 AM.
Even after that time, the order was not delivered. I again attempted to cancel the order through the app, but it still could not be canceled. I raised a complaint with customer care, and they repeatedly assured me that the order would be delivered within 10–20 minutes.
I waited until 4:00 PM on 18 April, but the order was still not delivered. I raised another complaint, but I received the same response again. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received my order.
I request a full refund along with a penalty/compensation for the inconvenience caused. Since yesterday, I have been waiting for milk, and it has not been delivered. There is a small child at home, and due to illness, we were unable to go outside, which is why we relied on online delivery. We did not arrange alternatives as we trusted that the order would arrive.
Additionally, this is not an isolated issue. JioMart often marks products as “out of stock” after payment is completed and refunds the amount after several working days. This results in unnecessary blocking of customers’ money without service.
I request strict action against JioMart for such poor service and inconvenience caused to customers.
