I have ordered a telephone/mobile handset in flipkart on 16th April 2025.at that day the product was availaiable and it showed in flipkart order details that it will be delivered by 26th April 2025.the product also reached my nearest Hub on 26th april 2025 at 2.39pm in the afternoon which is 6km away from my place.but it was not delivered within time.when contacted customer care they were unable to give satisfactory resolution and on 26th night they told it will be delivered by 27th and our senior will call you regarding this..on 27th morning after not getting any call when i rang again they told same thing senior is not available, they will call within 4hrs and product will be delivered by 28th April 2025.after 10days of waiting again i have to wait for another 2days where as my order is at my nearest Hub.
Kindly resolve my issue and fine for poor service by flipkart..
