I ordered shoes from nykaa they shipped my order through delhivery on 9th May and my estimated delivery date is 13 May but not delivered yet
My order reached at Ahmedabad_Kanera_GW (Gujarat)( Delhivery facility) by 11th May at 9:55AM then delhivery(the courier company) They keep extending the delivery date everyday. Now they set estimated delivery is 18 May when I try to contact them no response from their side.

Draft a detailed complaint outlining the shipment details, the value of the goods, and the losses incurred due to the non-delivery. Send this complaint to Delhivery's customer support at whistle_blower@delhivery.com, chairpersonac@delhivery.com. Ensure you retain copies of all communications for your records.
