We had purchased a Croma AC with an added 4 years extended warranty in March 2024. Starting Feb 2026 I had raised several complaints regarding cooling issues with the AC. Every time a technician came they would not resolve the complete problem.
On 30th April I raised another complaint with Croma and no one showed up till the 2nd May. Then I had to physically visit the showroom where I purchased the machine from and talk with them to make the visit happen. Today we are sitting on the 7th May and no resolution has been provided. Rather they just marked my complaint as resolved and closed the complaint. I have written several emails to them, but no response.
The above clearly shows that the intention of repair and service doesn't exist in CROMA. ( SR. No. 8777527922832)
Would request assistance in either resolving my complaint or getting full refund of my purchase.
