I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Patna for 7th November 2026.
On 3rd october I got a mail that the flight has been cancelled.

Then I got an option to book another flight or get a refund in which there was just 1 option which I booked.
On October 10th, the rebooked flight was again rescheduled.

Further today on 28th October, the flight got cancelled again.

When I tried booking another flight or get a refund, this is what I got.

And after that this page is showing service unavailable.

Due to these repeated cancellations, I suffered severe inconvenience and financial loss, forcing me to arrange alternative travel with another airline at short notice and a significantly higher cost.
As per DGCA regulations and Indian Consumer Protection laws, this repeated failure constitutes a clear deficiency of service. I am explicitly declining any further offers to reschedule and hereby request:
Yours Sincerely,
