I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Reliance JioFiber for severe deficiency in service, repeated failure to resolve a technical issue, lack of accountability, and the inconvenience and mental harassment caused to me as a customer.
My JioFiber connection became non-functional and remained unavailable for more than 6 days. During this period, I raised multiple complaints through customer care, WhatsApp support, email support, grievance channels, and appellate authorities. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved for an unreasonably long period.
The following issues were experienced:
I respectfully request that the appropriate authority direct Reliance JioFiber to:
The prolonged outage, repeated assurances without action, missed commitments, and lack of accountability have caused significant mental harassment, frustration, stress, and inconvenience.
I was compelled to spend several days continuously following up with customer care, WhatsApp support, technicians, grievance officers, and appellate authorities merely to obtain updates regarding a service for which I had already paid.
The uncertainty, repeated delays, and failure to provide accurate information caused unnecessary mental pressure and inconvenience to me and my family.
I have preserved records of service requests, emails, SMS communications, and complaint history, which can be submitted as supporting evidence.
I request that appropriate action be taken against the service deficiency and that suitable relief be granted.

- The assigned technician was often unreachable and did not provide proper updates regarding the repair status.
- Commitments regarding engineer visits and resolution timelines were repeatedly missed or delayed.
- My complaint was closed despite the issue not being resolved, forcing me to reopen the request and continue following up.
- Customer care repeatedly provided standard responses such as "the issue has been forwarded to the concerned team" and "the issue will be resolved soon," without providing any actual solution.
- No clear explanation was provided regarding the root cause of the issue or the reason for the prolonged delay.
- Significant time, effort, and productivity were lost due to continuous follow-ups, calls, emails, and escalations.
- The overall handling of the complaint demonstrated poor coordination, lack of ownership, and inadequate customer support.

I respectfully request that the appropriate authority direct Reliance JioFiber to:
- Provide a detailed explanation regarding the delay in resolving the complaint.
- Compensate me for the entire period during which the service remained unavailable.
- Refund or credit the charges corresponding to the downtime.
- Compensate for the inconvenience, loss of time, and mental harassment caused due to repeated follow-ups and lack of resolution.
- Take corrective action to ensure that customer complaints are not closed without actual resolution and customer confirmation.
