I purchased a Silver AMC plan for my Aquaguard Delight NXT Lite WS RO+MC water purifier. After purchasing the AMC, the service technician informed me that the RO membrane is not covered under the Silver AMC plan. Since the membrane is a critical component, I immediately requested Eureka Forbes to convert my Silver AMC to a Gold AMC plan by adjusting the amount already paid. If conversion is not possible, I requested a full refund.
I registered Complaint No. CM-230626-73998286 and have made multiple follow-up calls and sent emails to customer support and the grievance officer. I also received an SMS stating that the company attempted to contact me, but I did not receive any call or resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
The company's failure to respond and resolve a simple request has caused unnecessary inconvenience, mental stress, and loss of time. I request the company to either convert my Silver AMC to a Gold AMC plan by collecting the differential amount or provide a full refund of the AMC amount. I also request appropriate action against the company for deficiency in service and delay in resolving my grievance.
