Subject: Complaint Against Flipkart for Delivery of Defective Product and Non-Resolution of Complaint
Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a complaint against Flipkart regarding the delivery of a defective Samsung 75-inch Crystal 4K TV purchased through Flipkart.

Product: Samsung 75-inch Crystal 4K TV
Purchase Date: 22-04-2026
The TV was delivered on time, however during installation, the authorized Samsung installation engineer found the TV to be defective. The installation could not be completed due to the defective condition of the product.
Samsung’s official job sheet clearly mentions that the TV is defective and requires replacement under warranty. Despite submitting all required documents and proof to Flipkart multiple times, the company has failed to provide replacement or refund.
Instead of resolving the matter, Flipkart has repeatedly delayed the issue by continuously extending timelines (48 hours, followed by repeated 24-hour extensions) without taking any actual action. On several occasions, my complaint was also marked resolved/closed without my consent.
Due to this negligence and deficiency in service, I have suffered mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
I therefore request the concerned authority to:
