I received a defective product and immediately raised a replacement request. However, the issue has still not been resolved despite repeated follow-ups.
Each time I raise a request, I am asked to provide video proof of the defect. I have already submitted the required video proof multiple times, but I am repeatedly being asked to submit it again without any proper resolution.
This repeated process is causing unnecessary inconvenience and is affecting my daily life. I request you to please review the previously submitted evidence, process the replacement without further delay, and provide a clear resolution at the earliest.
Please treat this matter as an urgent escalation. I do not wish to keep submitting the same proof repeatedly for an issue that has already been established.
