I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Amazon India, which was manufactured and serviced by Eureka Forbes. Within a short period of purchase (around 3 months), the product became defective.

I raised multiple service requests with Eureka Forbes, and their technician inspected the product and confirmed that the motor was damaged. However, despite repeated follow-ups, no proper repair or replacement has been provided.

Additionally, one of my service requests was cancelled without my consent. I have also sent several emails, reminders, and even a final legal notice, but there has been no effective resolution from the company.

Due to continuous delay and negligence on the part of the company, my warranty period is now about to expire. I no longer wish to proceed with repair or replacement and request a full refund of the amount paid.

The actions of the company clearly amount to deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair trade practice. This has caused me mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.

Therefore, I humbly request the Hon’ble Commission to:

1. Direct the company to refund the full amount paid for the product.
2. Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience.
3. Direct the company to bear litigation costs.
4. Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice.

I shall be highly obliged for your kind intervention.
