I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the iPhone 16 Pro Max that I recently purchased from Flipkart. The device was delivered to me on 25th September 2025.
However, within 2–3 days of delivery, the phone started showing serious issues. The device automatically shuts down and restarts frequently, becomes extremely heated during normal use and calls, and continues to shut down and boot up unexpectedly.
I visited the Apple Service Center to diagnose the problem, and they confirmed that the device has a hardware issue related to the logic board. As advised, I am attaching the diagnostic report from Apple for your reference.
Considering that the product is under warranty and has a confirmed hardware defect, I kindly request a replacement of my device at the earliest.
Please look into this matter urgently and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
