I had purchased one water purifier namely Aquaguard Marvel NXT 10 -Stage RO Water Purifier + 1 complimentary Alkaline Water Bottle upto 60% Water Savings I RO+UV+UF+Active Copper Tech I Taste Adjuster I Suitable for all water Sources I B0DFCTHNBD ( B0DFCTHNBD)

After approximately of two months purchase the indicator light did not properly. I had complaint to company for service for many times .The company also assigned to its engineer namely Rudra Prasad Nayak . He visited so many times but he could not solved this problem. Lastly I had complained to company vide service request No- CM -170825-57384892 ON 19.08.25 but without giving service the company has closed my complain. The warranty of the product is 01.01.26. The company try to cheat me and do not want to provide service and do not want to correct the defective Product. So I have suffered a loss. After completion of warranty period . I will be be highly prejudiced.
So, I pray that your honour may kind enough , direct the company to give me new product and give me compensation of Rs.50,000/- for ends of justice and equity.
