Dear Team,
I purchased a new MOTOROLA g67 power 5G (128 GB) from Flipkart under Order ID: OD437321834080053100 on 16 April 2026 for around ₹16,000. From the very beginning, the device has been defective and is causing continuous problems.
The issues faced are as follows:
During calls, the voice gets echoed/returned repeatedly.
Call voice quality is extremely poor and unclear.
The issue temporarily gets fixed after restarting the phone, but starts again after some time.
The battery charging issue is also persisting continuously. The phone takes around 3–4 hours for a full charge, which is completely unacceptable for a newly purchased device.
This is absolutely unacceptable and highly disappointing. Even after spending ₹16,000–17,000, I have received a defective and problematic device. This has caused mental harassment, inconvenience, and complete loss of trust in both Motorola and Flipkart services.
I request you to immediately arrange:
• A proper replacement of the device OR
• A full refund without unnecessary delay.
If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through the Consumer Court and other legal platforms for deficiency in service and sale of a defective product.
I am attaching the invoice and all required details for your reference.
