I purchased an HP DeskJet 2820 All-in-One Printer from Flipkart (Order ID: OD337204609398388100). The product delivered is defective.
As per Flipkart’s policy, I contacted HP support. An authorized technician from HP’s service partner visited and inspected the product (Case ID: 5157853963). The issue was verified, including black cartridge not detecting and irregular blinking lights. A service report was also provided.
Despite this, no proper resolution has been provided. Initially, the case was wrongly marked as “resolved” without fixing the issue. I was repeatedly redirected between Flipkart and HP, causing unnecessary delay and mental harassment.
Flipkart continues to redirect the matter to brand support, even though I have already availed the same. HP is handling the case, but there has been lack of proper communication, written confirmation, and clarity in the replacement process.
I have spent significant time coordinating between both parties, but the issue remains unresolved.
I request:
1. Proper resolution of the issue (refund or assured replacement with proper process)
2. Accountability for the delay and inconvenience caused
3. Action against such poor customer handling and repeated redirection
